WRONG.

They have them here in Indianapolis. They are not great. But they are better than walking or biking.

Oddly the car looks exactly the same as the one in Paris. No side marker lights or other American paraphernalia.

Better than walking or cycling but unless there are several of you with luggage you’d be better off (in Paris anyway) in the bus or Metro.

In Indianapolis, we don’t have a Metro (they always talk about bringing back street trolleys, though) and the bus service is crap. ‘Murica.
